Relacore Reviews
Relacore is a weight loss supplement (actually a line of them) that focuses on stress and cortisol, rather than other stimulants as found in competing “fat burning” supplements. Because stress raises cortisol, and cortisol increases belly fat, Relacore’s supposed ability to reduce cortisol will also help you lose belly fat. For this review, we will focus on the original Relacore.
Obviously the most important factor to consider when looking at Relacore is the list of ingredients. While perusing the label, first you’ll find 9 common vitamins and minerals: Vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Pantiothanic Acid, Calcium, and Magnesium. Then you’ll see the product’s blend of herbs which includes passion flower, magnolia extract, Chinese skullcap extract, Niacinamide, Asian ginseng, Poria extract, Jujube extract, perilla extract, and phosphatidylserine.
The vitamins and minerals included do not have any impact on weight loss. Passion flower, Chinese skullcap, and phosphatidylserine are sometimes used to combat anxiety, although their effects on cortisol haven’t been tested. Magnolia has also shown promise against weight loss, but studies are quite scant.
Although there is little evidence to connect the ingredients with Relacore to cortisol and reduction of belly fat, there is some evidence that at least some of the ingredients can improve mood. This can have peripheral effects on a person’s overall health, even if these correlations cannot be measured.
With consumers, Relacore has boasted generally positive reviews. There is a minority which has said that it simply doesn’t work, although a small majority does generally report an increase in mood and some have reported weight loss. It would stand to reason that an increase in mood can lead to more activity and perhaps less cortisol with decreased stress.
You can find Relacore in some stores, such as Walmart, and this may be a good place to start if you are considering a product like this. There are also competing products which also make the same claims regarding targeting stress and cortisol.

A search for “Relacore” at Amazon will also yield a number of competing products which are anti-corisol “belly blaster” type products. The ratings for these competing products tend to rank equally alongside that of Relacore, which tends to hover around 3.5 to 4 stars.
